The Employment Relations Authority (ERA) is an informal body that helps resolve employment disputes. The ERA will investigate into an employment relationship problem, assess the facts and made a determination based on the merits of each case. It is an independent body, set up under the Employment Relations Act 2000. Determinations made by the ERA are publicly available.
